What are inspired by perfumes?

Our team of perfumers diligently samples and tests well-known designer fragrances. Subsequently, we expertly craft our own versions, ensuring a unique and exceptional olfactory experience.

What kind of perfumes do you sell?

We exclusively offer Eau de Parfum (EDP) fragrances, each boasting a minimum fragrance concentrate of 20%.

What makes our products so reasonably priced?

We keep our prices affordable by avoiding hefty spending on expensive advertising and elaborate packaging. This allows us to provide our customers with significant savings.

Do the scents have a lasting effect throughout the day?

Certainly! Our perfumes are formulated as Eau de Parfum, ensuring a strong and long-lasting scent. Users frequently note their endurance, sometimes exceeding that of comparable products in the market.

Do your fragrances adhere to vegan and cruelty-free standards?

Refan exclusively produces fragrance oils that are vegan-friendly, and indeed, they are cruelty-free!

Is it safe to spray these fragrances on clothing?

The straightforward response is that it's not always advisable, as they can potentially stain. Refan fragrances contain a higher oil content for prolonged longevity. While we suggest caution when applying any perfume to clothing, including Refan's perfumes, it's important to note that doing so is at your own risk.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

What are your shipping destinations?

We currently offer shipping services to the United Kingdom and are swiftly expanding our delivery coverage worldwide!

What is the expected dispatch time for my order?

Our goal is to dispatch orders within one working day. For orders placed before 12 PM from Monday to Friday, they will be dispatched on the same working day. However, orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays and peak periods.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Your parcel will be delivered within 2-4 working days, excluding bank holidays. For Highlands and Islands, delivery may take an additional day.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, no. Our shipping process is automated, preventing us from canceling or editing orders, including address changes or adding/removing products once the order has been placed.

What if my order has arrived damaged?

Please take pictures of the external packaging, the damaged item(s), ensuring the fragrance code is visible, and email the images to our Customer Support Team at info@refanshop.co.uk

Kindly refrain from discarding the bottles or packaging until we confirm the completion of our investigations. Please report any damages to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

What should I do if I receive the wrong order?

Compare the items in your received order with the order confirmation. If you notice any discrepancies, please email info@refanshop.co.uk

Include a picture of all the received goods along with the packing slip. Ensure to report any errors within 7 days of receiving your order.

How does your returns procedure work?

You can return products within 30 days for either a refund or exchange. While we anticipate customers may test a spray or two before returning, we cannot accept bottles that have been used more extensively or outside our 30-day policy; such items will be returned to you.

Note that products from a bundle set must be returned as a set for a refund; otherwise, we can only provide an exchange. For additional information, please reach out to our Customer Services Team at info@refanshop.co.uk

Can I collect from your store?

We currently don't have a physical store, but stay tuned as we're excited to unveil a new one in the Manchester area in the coming months. Keep a lookout!
